Adobe announced on Tuesday that it’s releasing the beta version of its Android Photoshop app, four months after the company launched its iPhone app. The app offers a similar set of editing tools as the desktop version, including layering and masking, but is optimized for mobile screens. (AP) — A federal judge has barred state officials from enforcing a Florida law that would ban social media accounts for young children, while a legal challenge against the law plays out. Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon’s cloud computing division, is forming a new parent company and three subsidiaries in Germany as part of a sovereign cloud the company is launching in the European Union.
